La chanteuse-compositrice Juniel a récemment partagé ses frustrations concernant son agence dans un message détaillé sur les réseaux sociaux.

On November 5, Juniel posted a message revealing her struggles with her agency. She explained: "Two years ago, after a long break, I released a song called Dear to celebrate the 10th anniversary of my debut. The agency suggested using gifts and letters from fans as props for the music video. So I handed over some fan gifts that were displayed at my home."

However, Juniel continued: "It's been two years and I haven't gotten any of my things back. The drawings, photos, letters, and gifts fans gave me... I've asked the agency dozens of times to return them, but they always say everything is safely stored. With staff changes, they claim each time that it's a new request they need to check. They've also made excuses like the items being in different places, or that they're too busy to gather them. Recently, when I asked again, they said the company had moved and it's likely they couldn't bring everything, so not all the items were transferred."

Juniel a exprimé son regret en disant : «Ils affirment que tout était organisé dans une boîte. Que se passerait-il si même un seul objet manquait ? Je me sentirais terrible en pensant au fan qui me l'avait donné. Peut-être que je n'aurais pas dû accepter de les utiliser comme accessoires. Je pensais que ce serait significatif de partager des objets liés à notre histoire pour mon 10e anniversaire, mais je le regrette maintenant.»

Juniel debuted in 2012 with the single illa illa and held her first domestic fan meeting, Happy Juniel, in September last year.
