At the press screening of the film 'Collapse' at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul, director Hyun Hae Ri was overcome with emotion. She was joined by actors Ahn Woo Yeon, Min Sung Wook, Cha Jung Won, and So Hee Jung, who shared various stories about filming.

Le film 'Collapse' est un drame policier inspiré de l'effondrement réel de la crypto-monnaie Terra Luna, qui a entraîné une perte de 50 milliards de dollars. C'est également le dernier film de l'acteur Song Jae Rim, décédé en novembre 2024 à l'âge de 39 ans. Dans le film, il incarnait Yang Do Hyun, un génie des affaires autoproclamé et développeur d'une monnaie virtuelle nommée MOMMY.

When asked about Song Jae Rim, director Hyun Hae Ri couldn't hold back her tears. After regaining her composure, she said: "I thought the character needed a face with a sense of mystery. After auditions, I chose him because he had in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency. Our first conversation was very enlightening. As soon as I saw him, I knew he was Yang Do Hyun."

She added: "We had many discussions throughout the filmmaking process, and he brought so many brilliant ideas. People often misunderstood him because of his seriousness, but he was a big-hearted and very funny person. I miss him terribly, and it's truly heartbreaking. I really wish he could be here with us today."
