Actress Lee Se Young recently revealed the emotional turmoil caused by one of her best friends starting an anti-fan cafe against her.

On the September 25 episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' , titled "I Build Myself," Lee Se Young shared this anecdote with great serenity.

Known for her role as Geum Young in 'Dae Jang Geum' , a character who is envious of Jang Geum's natural talent, Lee Se Young recalls, "Back then, my male classmates would make fun of me at school."

After gaining fame through 'Dae Jang Geum' , she found out that her close friend had started an anti-fan cafe. She said, "One day, my parents were on the computer and told me, 'Don't get too close to this friend you're hanging out with.' I pretended not to hear."

She continued, “Later, other friends at school told me, ‘That friend created an anti-fan cafe about you, and you still hang out with her?’ So, I asked her, ‘Did you really do that?’ and she replied, ‘Yes, I’m sorry.’” Lee Se Young shared this calmly, but revealed that despite the apology, the friend continued to be active in the anti-fan cafe.

Lee Se Young, who has managed to balance acting with her studies, also excels academically. Reflecting on her young age, she says, “I thought I was the center of the universe. I thought I would be at the top of my class when I entered middle school, but I quickly realized that wasn’t the case,” she adds with a laugh.
